Real Time Support System is Web-based complete 3-tier architecture that comes with admin, resource and client administration.

This system supports ticket gathering and managing responses of these tickets.

Our system uses the AJAX and ASP development to create a model at the most suitable level of detail to guide the client for raising tickets and views responses of these tickets.

For raising ticket client should have to login by correct username and password. Username is uniquely allotted to each client by admin
After successful login client can update his profile, can raise and search the ticket and can also change his password settings.

All the procedures for operating various modules are very easy to accessible.
