Milk Delivery App: Run a Dairy Subscription Business on Autopilot
A milk round looks simple from outside. In reality it is one of the hardest delivery businesses to run. Orders repeat every day, customers pause for holidays or skip a Sunday, prices differ between subscribers and one-time buyers, and everything must reach doorsteps before 7 AM. Notebooks and WhatsApp groups break down long before you reach a thousand customers.
A dedicated milk delivery app turns all that repetition into automation. MilkDelivery, from Sysfo Software Solutions, promises fresh milk at every door, every morning, on autopilot.
Three apps, one system
App | Who uses it | What it does |
|---|---|---|
Customer app | Subscribers and one-time buyers | Subscribe, pause, skip, pay, reorder |
Delivery partner app | Riders | Routes, proof of delivery, earnings |
Admin console | Owners and operations | Orders, stock, routes, CRM, reports |
All three share one database, wallet and catalogue.
Subscriptions that customers can manage themselves
Subscriptions are the heart of a dairy business. MilkDelivery supports five schedules:
- Daily
- Alternate day
- Weekdays
- Weekends
- Custom days
Customers can set a vacation pause with a resume date or skip any single day from the app. A 7-day delivery calendar shows what's coming, and a monthly bill is generated per subscription. You can set subscription prices lower than one-time prices for each product, which rewards loyalty.
Orders create themselves. At 4 AM on each delivery day, subscription orders are generated automatically and paid from the wallet. Nobody has to compile the morning list by hand.
MilkWallet: prepaid made simple
A prepaid wallet is the standard way dairies collect payment for daily deliveries. MilkWallet offers quick top-ups, automatic debit for subscription orders and instant refunds. Every transaction is in a full ledger with before and after balances. Negative balances are blocked at the database level, so you never deliver on credit by accident.
Customers can also pay by UPI, cards, net banking, PhonePe, Paytm or cash on delivery for one-time orders.
A full dairy and grocery store
Beyond milk, customers can buy curd, paneer, ghee, bread and more. The storefront includes search and category chips, MRP versus offer price, nutrition facts and shelf life per item, verified-purchase reviews, bestseller and new badges, and variants such as 500 ml, 1 L and family packs. The demo store holds 35 products across 9 categories.
Routes and delivery
- Morning, afternoon and evening slots with order cut-offs
- Route-wise grouping and partner assignment
- Live route progress for the admin
- Proof of delivery by OTP, photo or contactless
The delivery partner app shows today's routes and orders, check-in and check-out, earnings and performance stats.
Inventory across hubs
Dairy products expire fast, so stock control matters. MilkDelivery tracks stock across multiple hubs, with batch and expiry tracking, a stock ledger for IN, OUT and adjustments, and low-stock alerts.
Admin console
- Dashboard with revenue, orders, customers and pending deliveries
- Customer CRM with segments, tiers and wallet history
- Coupons: fixed, percentage and free-delivery, with usage limits
- Referral codes, staff roles and push and SMS offers
- Day-wise sales reports split by subscription and one-time orders
What the demo data shows
Sysfo's product page shows live figures from its demo database (13 Oct 2026): 119 active subscriptions, 97.1% delivery success over 30 days and 80% of orders coming from subscriptions. These are demo numbers, not customer results, but they show the kind of dashboard you get.
