Euro-only wallets
Members in Sweden, Poland or Switzerland are paid in euros they did not ask for, and finance reconciles conversion losses by hand.
A direct selling company in Europe can have customers in Lyon, Kraków and Gothenburg in its first year, each expecting their own language, currency and way to pay. Sysfo builds MLM software for product-based direct selling across the European Union, Switzerland and neighbouring markets, with an office in Belgium for European clients and development and support delivered from India.
Challenges for European networks
Europe rewards companies that sell across borders, but every border adds a currency, a VAT rate, a language and sometimes a different consumer rule.
Members in Sweden, Poland or Switzerland are paid in euros they did not ask for, and finance reconciles conversion losses by hand.
Software built for a single market applies one rate to all orders, so cross-border sales to consumers are taxed incorrectly.
A member asks for a copy of their data or for erasure, and the team discovers it is spread across five tables and two spreadsheets.
Distributors in Madrid or Milan share screenshots translated by phone apps, and product claims get lost in the process.
Consumer withdrawals and distributor returns are agreed by email, so commissions on reversed orders are never corrected.
A compensation plan copied from another market pays for sign-ups, which EU consumer law treats as a pyramid promotional scheme.
What we build for Europe
Choosing an MLM software company in Europe usually means weighing local presence against cost. We combine an office in Belgium with a development team in India, and start from our MLM.ERP platform so your budget goes on what is specific to your markets.
Separate currency, VAT, language and payment settings for each country you sell in, managed from one admin panel.

Market clusters
Most European direct sellers expand in clusters of neighbouring countries that share a language or a payment habit. We set up each country as its own market inside one installation, with its currency, VAT rate, language, payment methods and legal documents, while the genealogy and commission engine stay shared so a sponsor in Antwerp can earn on a team order placed in Lisbon. The groupings below are typical starting points, not limits.
Currency, VAT and payments
The platform keeps one base currency for the commission engine and shows prices, wallets and payouts in each member's local currency, whether that is EUR, SEK, PLN, CHF, DKK or CZK, at exchange rates you set or import. VAT rates are entered per country rather than hard-coded, because rates change and reduced rates apply to some products, and sales reports can be exported to support your One-Stop Shop or national VAT returns. Payment rails such as SEPA transfers and the local methods named above are examples of what can be integrated, each scoped for your project rather than assumed.
Data protection
As the controller of your members' data, your company carries the obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation, and Switzerland applies its own Federal Act on Data Protection. The software gives you the tools to meet them: consent and purpose recorded at sign-up, data export for access requests, erasure or anonymisation that keeps financial records intact, and role-based access with audit logs. Hosting in an EU cloud region is available as an option, and we sign a data processing agreement on request.
Languages and communication
English is the default language of the member app and website. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Portuguese and others can be added as a customisation, with translations you supply or approve. Email, SMS and push campaigns can then be sent to each market in its own language, so a product recall notice or a change to the compensation plan reads clearly in every country at once.
Consumer law and records
The Unfair Commercial Practices Directive lists, among practices banned in all circumstances, a pyramid promotional scheme in which consumers pay for the chance of compensation mainly from recruiting others rather than from selling or consuming products. National laws then add their own rules, and Switzerland bans snowball and pyramid systems under its Unfair Competition Act. We build for plans where income comes from product sales, keep withdrawal and return records against each order, and produce income disclosure reports, but your plan should be reviewed by a lawyer in each country before launch.

How delivery works
Our European office is at Rubenslaan 23, 1820 Steenokkerzeel, Belgium. Development, testing and support are delivered remotely from India, three and a half to four and a half hours ahead of Central European time depending on the season, which leaves the European morning and early afternoon in common. Support hours are set out in your contract.
A live MLM.ERP demo by video call at a time that suits your European team, with an honest review of your plan.
We agree countries, currencies, VAT settings, languages and payment methods, then send a written specification and a fixed quote.
You review working screens each week on a staging site, market by market, and comment directly on it.
Dry-run payouts across several currencies, GDPR request tests, then recorded training for admin, finance and support staff.
Hosting in the EU region you choose, launch-week monitoring, then support by email, phone and WhatsApp in the agreed hours.

Why Sysfo
We are an Indian software company with an office in Belgium, building MLM systems for networks at home and abroad. Your contracts and meetings can run through Europe, while the engineering team works from India.
Our Belgium office gives European clients a local point of contact, with engineering and support handled from India.
MLM.ERP already handles genealogy, wallets, orders and reports, so effort goes into what each market needs.
Currencies, VAT and languages are set up per country at the start, not bolted on when you expand.
Consent records, data export, erasure and audit logs are part of the build, with a data processing agreement on request.
We build for income earned on products, and we decline schemes that pay mainly for recruiting.
Demos, workshops, training and support all run online, with recordings for staff in every country.

FAQ
Yes. Sysfo has an office at Rubenslaan 23, 1820 Steenokkerzeel, Belgium, alongside our offices in Lucknow and Mumbai, India. European clients can arrange meetings through the Belgium office, while design, development, testing and day-to-day support are delivered remotely from India by video call, shared staging sites, email, phone and WhatsApp during the hours agreed in the contract.
Direct selling of products is a recognised business model across Europe, but the EU's Unfair Commercial Practices Directive bans pyramid promotional schemes in every member state, and national laws differ on details. Switzerland has its own ban on snowball and pyramid systems. We do not give legal advice, and the software cannot make a plan lawful, so please have your plan checked by a lawyer in each country you enter.
Yes. Each country is set up as a market with its own currency, VAT rate, language, payment methods and legal documents, while one genealogy and commission engine runs underneath. That lets a leader in Germany earn on team orders from Austria or Poland without separate systems. When you assess any MLM software company in Europe, ask to see how it separates markets in the admin panel.
VAT rates, VAT numbers and invoice layouts are set per country as configuration, so they can be updated when a rate changes. Consumer prices can be shown VAT-inclusive, and sales reports can be exported by country to help with One-Stop Shop or national returns. How VAT applies to your products and to distributor commissions is for your tax adviser to confirm.
Compliance belongs to your organisation, but the software is built to support it: consent records, privacy notice versions, data export for access requests, erasure and anonymisation that keeps accounting records, role-based access and audit logs. Hosting in an EU cloud region is available as an option, and we sign a data processing agreement on request. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.
SEPA transfers and card gateways are the usual base for payments and payouts. Local methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, BLIK, Swish, TWINT, Bizum and MB WAY are examples of what can be integrated, typically through your chosen payment provider. Each integration is scoped and quoted for your project, because availability depends on that provider and your contract with it.
Yes, remotely. The UK now applies its own consumer and data protection laws, including UK GDPR, so we treat it as a separate market with GBP, its own VAT settings and UK hosting as an option. Our page for MLM software in the UK and London covers that market, and our India and Dubai pages cover networks there.
Cost depends on the number of markets, currencies, languages, payment integrations and apps, and on whether you start from MLM.ERP or a custom build. Comparing quotes from more than one MLM software company in Europe is sensible; ask each for the full scope in writing. After a free plan review we send a fixed, itemised quote, with hosting and support priced separately.
