Manufacturing challenges we solve

Six reasons factories lose time, material and margin.

Most manufacturers already have good machines and skilled people. What holds them back is information arriving late, in the wrong format, or not at all.

01

Production plans on whiteboards

Schedules live in a supervisor's notebook, so urgent orders jump the queue, machines sit idle and delivery dates slip without warning.

02

Raw material shortages and excess stock

Purchase is decided by gut feel: one material runs out mid-batch while another ties up working capital in the godown for months.

03

No batch or lot traceability

When a customer complains, nobody can quickly say which raw material lot, machine or shift went into the faulty batch.

04

Dealer orders by phone and WhatsApp

Distributor orders, schemes, credit limits and outstanding payments are tracked in chats and spreadsheets that never agree.

05

Breakdowns instead of maintenance

Preventive maintenance is skipped, AMC renewals are missed, and a single machine breakdown stops a whole production line.

06

Month-end MIS that comes too late

Cost per unit, wastage, output per shift and receivables arrive weeks after the month closes, long after anyone can act on them.

Manufacturing software solutions

Manufacturing ERP and software built around how your plant really works.

We combine ready Sysfo ERP modules for sales, purchase, GST, HR and assets with custom modules for production, BOMs and quality — so you get a system that fits your process, not the other way round.

Quality Control & Inspection

Incoming, in-process and final inspection checklists, rejection reasons and rework, linked to each batch.

Production planning & control

Plan production around real orders, machines and material.

Production planning starts with what customers have ordered and what you have in stock. Our manufacturing software turns confirmed sales orders into work orders, explodes the bill of materials to show what is needed, and schedules jobs by machine and shift. Supervisors record output, scrap and downtime against each job card, so the plan and the shop floor stay in step.

  • Multi-level bills of materials with standard quantities and wastage allowance
  • Work orders generated from sales orders or stock targets
  • Machine, line and shift scheduling with capacity checks
  • Job cards recording output, rejection, scrap and downtime

Inventory, batches & purchase

Know what is in the godown, what is on order and what is running out.

Raw material, packing material, work-in-progress and finished goods are tracked by location and batch. Nothing is bought without an approved purchase order: goods are received against the PO, inspected and booked into stock, and the vendor bill is matched to what actually arrived. Reorder levels warn purchase before a shortage stops the line.

  • Purchase orders with approval, goods receipt and vendor bill matching
  • Batch and lot numbers from goods receipt through to dispatch
  • Reorder levels, slow-moving stock and stock ageing reports
  • Input tax credit, reverse charge and payables ageing for accounts

Dealer & distributor management

Every dealer order, scheme and payment in one place.

For manufacturers who sell through dealers, distributors and retailers, the sales side is as complex as the shop floor. We give your sales team and dealers one place for orders, price lists and schemes, with credit limits checked before dispatch and outstanding balances visible to everyone who needs them.

  • Dealer-wise price lists, discounts and credit limits
  • Orders from a dealer portal, sales rep app or the office
  • Part dispatch, transport details and GST invoices from the order
  • Outstanding, collections and receivables ageing by dealer and region

Quality & plant maintenance

Fewer breakdowns, fewer rejections, fewer surprises.

Every machine, mould, tool and instrument gets one record — where it is, who is responsible, when its warranty or AMC expires and when it was last serviced. Preventive maintenance schedules and calibration due dates raise reminders before something fails, and inspection results are recorded against each batch so quality problems can be traced back to their cause.

  • Asset register with one record per machine, tool and instrument
  • Warranty, AMC and calibration expiry alerts
  • Preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown history
  • Inspection checklists, rejection reasons and batch-wise quality reports

Management dashboards & MIS

Live plant numbers for owners, not month-end spreadsheets.

Because production, stock, sales and accounts sit in one database, the MIS builds itself. Owners and plant heads see today's output, pending orders, wastage, cost per unit and collections on one screen — on a laptop or a phone — and can ask our ERPPilot AI assistant questions in plain English instead of waiting for a report.

  • Output, efficiency and wastage by product, machine and shift
  • Order book, dispatch plan and pending deliveries
  • Cost per unit, purchase price trends and margin by product
  • Receivables, payables and cash position at a glance

Why Sysfo for manufacturing

Manufacturing software from people who start on the shop floor.

We design the system after watching how material, paperwork and people actually move through your plant.

Ready ERP, custom where needed

Sales, purchase, GST, HR, assets and helpdesk come from proven Sysfo ERP modules; we build only what is specific to your production.

Designed on the shop floor

Screens are designed for supervisors and store-keepers, with few fields and large buttons, not just for the accounts office.

Indian compliance built in

GST with HSN codes, input tax credit, reverse charge, TDS and financial-year numbering are part of the core, not add-ons.

Works with what you have

We integrate with Tally or your accounting package, weighbridges, barcode printers and existing portals rather than forcing a big-bang replacement.

Mobile for people on the move

Sales reps, dealers, supervisors and owners use the same system from a phone, with role-wise access to what they need.

A partner for the long run

Founded in 2005 in Lucknow, we support systems for years after go-live and grow them as you add products, lines and plants.

FAQ

Manufacturing Software — frequently asked questions

What is manufacturing software?

Manufacturing software, often called manufacturing ERP, connects the work of a factory: sales orders, production planning, bills of materials, purchase, raw material and finished-goods inventory, quality, maintenance, dispatch, GST billing, payroll and management reports. Instead of separate spreadsheets for each department, everyone works from one database, so the owner sees the real position of the plant at any time.

How much does manufacturing ERP software cost?

It depends on the number of users, plants and modules, and on how much of your production process needs custom development. Ready Sysfo ERP modules cost far less than a fully custom system. After a free walkthrough of your plant, Sysfo gives you a fixed, itemised quote for each phase, so you know the full cost before work begins.

How long does it take to implement?

Ready modules for sales, purchase, GST billing and HR can usually go live within four to six weeks. Production planning, BOMs, batch tracking and quality modules typically follow over the next two to three months. We roll out in phases so the factory never stops, and agree milestones and a go-live date for each phase up front.

Is your manufacturing software suitable for small and mid-sized factories?

Yes. Most of our manufacturing software clients are small and mid-sized manufacturers and MSMEs who have outgrown Tally and spreadsheets but do not need, or want to pay for, a large international ERP. You can start with the modules that solve today's biggest problem and switch on more as the business grows.

Can it track batches, lots and expiry dates?

Yes. Batch and lot numbers are recorded at goods receipt, carried through production and printed on dispatch documents, so you can trace a finished batch back to its raw material lots, machine and shift. Expiry and best-before dates can be tracked for food, pharma, chemicals and cosmetics manufacturers, with alerts for near-expiry stock.

Will it work with Tally or our existing accounting?

Yes. Many manufacturers keep Tally or their current accounting package for the books. We integrate so that sales invoices, purchase bills and receipts flow across automatically instead of being re-entered. If you prefer, Sysfo ERP can handle GST invoicing, payables, receivables and ledgers itself.

Can dealers and sales reps place orders from their phones?

Yes. We build dealer portals and sales apps for Android and iOS where dealers and reps see price lists, schemes, credit limits and outstanding balances, place orders and track dispatch. Orders arrive directly in the system for approval, so nothing is lost in WhatsApp chats or phone calls.

Do we own the software and the data?

Your data always belongs to you and can be exported at any time. For custom modules built for your plant, you own the source code. Ready Sysfo ERP modules are licensed to you. We sign an NDA on request, which many manufacturers ask for because of formulas, BOMs and costings in the system.

Can the manufacturing software run on our own server?

Yes. Our manufacturing software can be hosted on the cloud, on Indian data-centre servers or on a server at your plant. Cloud hosting gives access from anywhere and simpler backups; an on-premise server suits plants with patchy internet. We advise on the right option and can manage the server for you.
