Operating without a valid licence
Multilevel marketing without a licence is an offence, and licences lapse unless they are renewed on time.
Bangladesh requires a licence for multilevel marketing and bans pyramid schemes, after collapses that cost ordinary families dearly. Sysfo builds software for licensed, product-based direct sellers and distributor networks in Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Khulna and across Bangladesh, delivered remotely from India.
The reality in Bangladesh
Bangladeshi customers remember the schemes that took their savings. A legitimate company has to show, in its own records, that it sells goods and pays people fairly.
Multilevel marketing without a licence is an offence, and licences lapse unless they are renewed on time.
After the Destiny and Jubok collapses, families in Dhaka and the districts treat any network business as a possible fraud.
Advance payments with no delivery record look exactly like the deposit schemes that regulators have shut down.
Members pay by bKash or Nagad, and accounts staff copy transaction IDs into spreadsheets one by one.
English-only screens shut out distributors in Rajshahi or Barishal who are comfortable reading only Bangla.
Grievances arrive on Facebook and by phone, and there is no record showing they were heard and resolved.
What we build for Bangladesh
A responsible MLM software company in Bangladesh has to be clear about what it will not build. We do not build pyramid schemes, deposit-taking schemes or any plan the law prohibits. We do build systems for licensed companies that sell real products, and for manufacturers that reward dealers and retailers.
NID-based verification, signed agreements and licence renewal reminders kept in one place.

Licence and distributor records
The Multilevel Marketing Activities (Control) Act, 2013 requires a licence to carry on multilevel marketing in Bangladesh, open only to companies registered under the Companies Act, 1994, and it prohibits pyramid schemes. Software cannot stand in for that licence. It can keep your evidence tidy: each distributor verified against national ID documents, a signed agreement on file, licence expiry dates tracked with reminders, and a full history of every change made by your staff.
Taka wallets and mobile financial services
With BDT as the base currency, prices, wallets, commissions and withdrawals all appear in taka. Mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad, and bank transfers, are examples of payout and collection rails we can integrate through merchant or disbursement APIs, subject to your agreements with each provider. Transaction IDs are matched automatically, so finance staff in Dhaka are not copying references by hand.
Sales, income and refund reporting
Because the market's trust problem is about money moving without goods, the reporting is built around product sales. Head office sees revenue by product and region, refunds and returns, and how distributor earnings are spread across the network, which helps when preparing an income disclosure. Figures can be filtered by division, from Dhaka and Chattogram to Sylhet, Khulna and Rajshahi, and exported for your auditors. Dhaka's consumer market, Chattogram's port and trading houses, Sylhet's tea districts and Khulna's shrimp and jute belt each buy differently, so regional views matter.
Bangla language, time zone and tax
Translating the member app, website and alerts into Bangla is offered as a customisation, and English stays available for head office. Settings hold the taka currency, the Asia/Dhaka time zone that governs payout cut-offs and a VAT rate you choose for invoices, while reports can follow the July-to-June fiscal year. Pages are light enough for members on mobile data in rural upazilas, and SMS covers those without smartphones.

How remote delivery works
Nobody from Sysfo is based in Bangladesh. With Dhaka only half an hour ahead of India our days line up almost fully, and the support hours you get are fixed in the contract.
We ask to see your MLM licence status and read the plan before any demo, and we turn down anything resembling a pyramid or deposit scheme.
Once you have seen the software, we fix taka pricing, VAT, Bangla wording and mobile money rails in a written specification with a fixed quote.
Staff in Dhaka or Chattogram try fresh screens on a staging link each week and note changes directly on it.
Trial payouts, refund and grievance cases and bKash or Nagad test transactions, followed by recorded lessons for finance staff.
Hosting goes live, the first payout runs are watched closely, and afterwards help comes by phone, email or WhatsApp within the hours in your contract.

FAQ
No. We have no office in Bangladesh; our people work in Lucknow, Mumbai and Belgium. Companies in Dhaka, Chattogram or Sylhet work with us over the internet: a video demo, scoping calls, a staging link to follow progress, remote set-up and recorded lessons, plus phone, email and WhatsApp help in the hours written into your agreement. Dhaka's clock runs just thirty minutes ahead of India's.
Only under tight control. Bangladesh's Multilevel Marketing Activities (Control) Act, 2013 makes running multilevel marketing without a government licence an offence, restricts licences to companies registered in Bangladesh and outlaws pyramid schemes. Only a handful of firms have been licensed, and enforcement followed the Destiny and Jubok collapses. Read this as a general overview rather than legal advice, and speak to a Bangladeshi lawyer before you launch.
Not for running multilevel marketing in Bangladesh. If you are still applying, we can review your plan and scope the system, but go-live for a multilevel model should wait for your licence. We can also build ordinary distributor, dealer or e-commerce software that does not involve multilevel commissions, where your lawyer confirms that is appropriate.
bKash and Nagad are examples of mobile financial services we can integrate, alongside bank transfers, provided your company has the merchant or disbursement agreements and the provider supports API access for your use. We confirm the options during requirements, test each one on staging and match every transaction ID back to a wallet entry.
No. Bangladesh Bank has repeatedly warned that cryptocurrency transactions are not permitted, and fixed-return or deposit-style plans are exactly what Bangladesh's MLM law and regulators target. Any MLM software company in Bangladesh offering such features is putting its clients at risk. Our platforms for Bangladesh run on taka, licensed mobile money and bank transfers.
Distributor files carry NID details, phone numbers and bank or mobile money accounts. Access depends on each staff member's role, admin sign-in needs a second factor, changes are logged, and a member's data can be exported or erased on request. Bangladesh issued a Personal Data Protection Ordinance in 2025 whose timelines are still being worked through, so ask your legal adviser which duties apply.
Yes. Bangla versions of the member app, website, SMS and alerts are a customisation we offer, with English kept as a second option. Your team writes or approves the final wording, which matters for any claim about products or earnings, and we check Bangla rendering on the budget Android phones common among distributors outside Dhaka.
Pricing follows your plan, the panels you need, Bangla translation, bKash or Nagad integrations and apps. We review the plan online without charge, then send one fixed quote listing every item, so the total is clear before development begins. Hosting and support are priced on their own. If you also trade in eastern India, our Kolkata and Agartala pages explain how we serve West Bengal and Tripura.
