No line between customers and distributors
Every order looks the same, so nobody can tell how much volume came from outside retail customers and how much from members buying for themselves.
A direct selling company in the United States ships to customers in dozens of states, pays independent distributors in dollars and has to show that its income comes from real product sales. Sysfo builds MLM software for American networks from Utah to New York, delivered remotely from India with video-call demos, shared staging sites and support hours agreed in your contract.
Challenges for US direct sellers
The US market rewards brands that sell real products to real customers and can prove it. Most back-office trouble starts when the software cannot show that clearly.
Every order looks the same, so nobody can tell how much volume came from outside retail customers and how much from members buying for themselves.
Recruiting decks quote top earners, but there is no clean export of what a typical active distributor actually received last year.
A single flat rate is hard-coded at checkout, and finance reworks every order shipped to a state where the brand has started collecting tax.
Returned starter kits and unsold inventory are refunded through the card processor, and commissions paid on those orders are never clawed back.
Month-end closes at midnight on the server's clock, so a leader in California loses orders that a leader in New York gets credited for.
Spanish-speaking teams in Texas, Florida and California share screenshots and translate their own back office for every new recruit.
What we build for the US

Customer orders and product volume
US regulators have long looked at whether a direct selling business is driven by genuine demand for its products or by recruitment. The platform tags every order as a retail customer, preferred customer or distributor purchase, and reports volume each way by period, product and team. Commission rules can then weight customer volume as your plan requires, and your management team sees the same split your advisers will ask about.
Commission engine and earnings reports
The Federal Trade Commission's business guidance on multi-level marketing says income claims should reflect what typical participants earn, not what a few leaders make. The commission engine records every payment by type, rank and period, so you can produce gross and net earnings by percentile, active-status filters and the share of members paid nothing. Your legal team decides what to publish; the software makes sure the numbers behind it are complete.
Dollars, sales tax and time zones
Sales tax in the United States is set by states and often by counties and cities as well, and remote sellers can owe it in states where they pass that state's sales thresholds. Rather than hard-code rates, the platform keeps tax rules as settings by state and ship-to address, or hands the calculation to a sales tax service you subscribe to. Prices, wallets and payouts run in US dollars, and payout cut-offs follow the time zone you choose for the company.
Onboarding, refunds and audit trails
Pyramid schemes are unlawful in the United States, and individual states add their own rules, so a plan should be reviewed by a US attorney before launch. We do not give legal advice and we do not build recruitment-driven schemes. What the software provides is evidence of how the business really runs: distributor agreements accepted at sign-up, identity checks through a provider you select, refund and inventory buy-back history, commission reversals and an audit log of every admin change.
Member app and payment rails
American distributors share product links by text and social media, run online parties and check their team from a phone between other jobs. The member app covers orders, customer lists, team volume, rank progress and earnings, with push notifications for autoship reminders. Payments can be integrated with US card processors, ACH bank transfers or wallets such as PayPal, depending on the providers your business is approved by.

How remote delivery works
We have no office in the United States. India is roughly nine and a half to thirteen and a half hours ahead of the continental US, depending on the zone and the season, so we agree support hours in the contract and plan calls for your morning or our evening.
A live walk-through of MLM.ERP at a time that suits your US time zone, then an honest review of your compensation plan.
We agree order types, tax handling, processors, languages and reports, then send a plan specification and a fixed quote.
Working screens arrive every week on a shared staging site, and your team leaves comments asynchronously across the time difference.
Dry-run payouts and tax checks with test customers in several states, followed by recorded training for admin and finance staff.
Hosting in a US cloud region if you want one, close watch on the first payouts, then support within the hours set in your contract.

Why Sysfo
We are a software company based in India, with an office in Belgium for European clients. For American brands we work entirely online, and we are upfront about that from the first call.
Genealogy, wallets, ranks and reports already exist in MLM.ERP, so your budget goes on what makes your US plan distinctive.
Customer orders, autoship and returns sit at the centre of the data model, not bolted on after a recruiting engine.
Earnings, refunds and volume reports come out in formats attorneys and CPAs can review without rebuilding them.
We build records and controls; legal opinions on your plan come from US counsel, and we never build schemes the law prohibits.
We sign an NDA on request, and you own the source code of a custom MLM build.
Response times and the hours we cover are set in the contract, so nobody is guessing who answers on payout day.

FAQ
No. Sysfo's offices are in Lucknow and Mumbai in India and in Belgium. American clients are served remotely: a video demo, online workshops, a shared staging site for reviews, remote setup and recorded training. Support runs by email, phone, video call and WhatsApp within hours we agree in the contract. We do not promise round-the-clock cover unless it is written into your support plan.
Direct selling through independent distributors is a long-established business model in the US, but pyramid schemes are unlawful. The Federal Trade Commission publishes business guidance on multi-level marketing that covers pyramid schemes, retail sales and income claims, and states have their own laws. We cannot tell you whether your plan is lawful, and no software can make it so. Please have your plan reviewed by a US attorney before launch.
Yes. Every commission is stored with its member, rank, income type and period, so we can export annual earnings by percentile, by rank and for active versus inactive members. Many US companies publish an income disclosure statement, and the FTC expects earnings claims to reflect typical results. Your legal team decides the format and wording; the platform supplies complete, consistent figures.
Sales tax varies by state and often by locality, and obligations depend on where you have nexus. We do not hard-code rates. Tax rules are kept as settings by state and ship-to address, or the platform calls a sales tax service you already use. Which states you collect in, and how distributor purchases are treated, is a question for your CPA or tax adviser.
We can integrate card processors such as Stripe, ACH bank transfers for payouts, and wallets such as PayPal, among others. These are examples of what can be connected, not ready-made integrations for every provider, and each depends on your company being approved by that processor. Direct selling merchants are sometimes reviewed more closely, so it is worth settling your processor early.
Look for a vendor that treats customer orders, refunds and earnings records as core features, not extras. A good MLM software company in USA markets should explain its commission engine with worked examples, test payouts before launch, state its support hours in writing and give you your data on request. Ask any provider, including us, to show these in a live demo.
The app and back office ship in English. Spanish can be added as a customisation, including product descriptions, notifications and policy pages, with your team supplying or approving the translations. Each member then picks a language, and announcements follow that choice. Other languages your field uses can be added the same way.
Every state, because the whole engagement runs online. A brand headquartered in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix or Las Vegas gets the same process: video demo, written specification, weekly staging builds and recorded training. Salt Lake City and the wider Utah area are home to many direct selling companies, and our written specifications use the plan terms common across the US industry, such as breakaways, compression and preferred customers.
We build crypto payment and smart contract features as an option elsewhere, but rules on digital assets and money transmission vary across the US and abroad, so they must be checked with your own advisers first. Most American direct selling clients use card and bank payments only, and the platform runs fully without any crypto features. If you also have members in India, see our page on MLM software in India.
