An idea that hasn't been tested
Months of art and code go into a game before anyone checks whether the core loop is actually fun to play.
We design and develop casual, puzzle, quiz, educational and multiplayer games for Android, iOS and the browser — and gamified features for business apps. A playable prototype comes first, so you can feel the core loop before committing to full production, and our 21 years of software engineering keep the servers, payments and analytics behind the game solid.
Why game projects struggle
A good idea is the easy part. Most games fall short on fun, performance or the plan for keeping players after the first day.
Months of art and code go into a game before anyone checks whether the core loop is actually fun to play.
The game runs on a high-end test device but stutters, overheats or crashes on the phones most players own.
No onboarding, progression or reasons to return, so installs never turn into a lasting player base.
Ads and in-app purchases bolted on at the end, annoying players without earning much.
Matchmaking, leaderboards and real-time play that work with ten testers but fail at launch.
An abandoned project in an old engine version, with no source assets or documentation to build on.

Unity 2D and 3D mobile games
Unity lets one C# codebase ship to Android and iOS, with strong 2D and 3D tooling and a large ecosystem of SDKs. We build casual, hyper-casual, puzzle, arcade and simulation games in Unity, and set performance budgets for frame rate, memory, battery and download size from the start — because a game that runs only on flagship phones misses most players in India.
HTML5 and web game development
HTML5 games run in any modern browser on phones, tablets and desktops without an install, which makes them ideal for marketing campaigns, edtech platforms, social sharing and games embedded in an existing website or app. We build them with Phaser, PixiJS, Three.js or PlayCanvas, keep the first load light, and connect scores and rewards to your backend.
Multiplayer and game backend
Social features keep players coming back, but they need a backend that copes with peaks. We build real-time and turn-based multiplayer with Photon or Node.js and WebSockets, plus matchmaking, friends, chat, leaderboards, tournaments and cloud saves. Servers are load-tested before launch and monitored afterwards, with anti-cheat checks validated on the server rather than trusted to the device.
Game art, animation and UI
Art sets the tone before a player reads a single word. Our artists and UI designers create concept art, 2D sprites and 3D models, character animation, visual effects and the menus, HUDs and shop screens that tie the game together. Everything is produced to the engine's technical limits — texture sizes, polygon counts, atlases — so the game looks good and still runs smoothly.
Monetisation, analytics and live operations
We plan the economy and monetisation with the game design: rewarded video and interstitial ads placed where they don't hurt play, in-app purchases and passes that feel fair, and daily rewards and events that bring players back. After launch, analytics show where players drop off, and we tune difficulty, rewards and offers through remote configuration and A/B tests — without forcing a store update each time.
What you get
Our game development services end with a game live in the stores or on the web, plus everything needed to update it for years.

FAQ
Our game development services cover concept and game design, a playable prototype, Unity or HTML5 development, 2D and 3D art, animation and UI, multiplayer and backend services, monetisation with ads and in-app purchases, testing on real devices, store publishing and live operations after launch. You can engage us for the full game or for specific parts such as art or backend.
The cost of game development depends on the genre, 2D or 3D art, the number of levels and characters, multiplayer needs and the platforms. We recommend starting with a fixed-price prototype; after it, we give a fixed, itemised quote for full production, so you can see what each feature and asset set costs before committing.
A playable prototype typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. A polished casual or puzzle game usually needs 3 to 5 months from design to launch, while larger 3D or multiplayer games take longer. We deliver in milestones, so you can play the game on your own device at every stage.
Unity is our main engine for 2D and 3D mobile games because it ships to Android and iOS from one codebase and has strong tooling. For browser games we use Phaser, PixiJS, Three.js or PlayCanvas. We also work with Cocos Creator, and recommend Unreal Engine for high-end 3D projects where it fits better.
Yes. We build real-time and turn-based multiplayer with matchmaking, friends, chat, leaderboards, tournaments and cloud saves, using Photon or a custom Node.js and WebSocket backend. Game logic that matters, such as scores and rewards, is validated on the server to limit cheating.
Common models are rewarded video and interstitial ads, in-app purchases, battle passes and subscriptions, or a one-time paid download. We plan the model with the game design so ads and offers feel fair, set up ad mediation and store billing, and use analytics after launch to tune revenue without hurting retention.
Yes. Points, badges, levels, streaks, challenges, leaderboards and rewards can increase engagement in learning, fitness, loyalty, sales-team and MLM apps. We design the mechanics around the behaviour you want to encourage and build them into your existing mobile app or web platform.
You do. For custom game development the source code, Unity project, art and audio source files, and store accounts belong to you. We sign an NDA before you share your concept, and hand over all assets and documentation at each milestone.
Yes. Live games need new content, events, balancing, engine and SDK updates, and store compliance changes. We offer a monthly live-ops team or an on-demand support plan covering bug fixes, performance work, new levels and seasonal events, guided by player analytics.
