The discovery call is free. IT assessments are quoted as a fixed price before work starts, based on the number of systems, sites and users in scope. Virtual CTO support is a monthly retainer, and project consulting is priced per project — so you always know the cost upfront.
How long does an IT assessment take?
A typical fixed-scope IT assessment takes two to four weeks: one to two weeks of interviews and system reviews, about a week of analysis, and a final roadmap presentation to your leadership team.
Will you only recommend Sysfo's own software?
No. We recommend what fits your business, including off-the-shelf and third-party software. Our deliverables are yours to use with us, with your own IT team or with any other vendor.
Can Sysfo implement the recommendations?
Yes. Implementation is optional, but our engineering team builds custom software, ERP, web and mobile apps, integrations and cloud hosting, and also provides maintenance and support — or we can oversee your chosen vendor as your virtual CTO.
Do you work with small businesses and startups?
Yes. Many of our clients are small and mid-sized businesses without an in-house IT leader. For startups we focus on architecture, technology-stack choices and building a product that can scale without an expensive rewrite.
Do you provide IT consulting outside Lucknow?
