ERPPilot: An AI ERP Assistant That Answers in Plain English
Type or speak a question such as 'top 10 clients by sales' and ERPPilot replies in seconds with a summary, a table and a chart — straight from your live ERP, read-only.
Every business that runs an ERP has the same bottleneck: the data is all there, but getting a specific answer means finding the right report, exporting it to Excel or asking someone in IT to write a query. ERPPilot removes that step. It is an AI ERP assistant from Sysfo that lets your team ask questions in plain English — typed or spoken — and replies in 3 to 10 seconds with a written summary, a table and, when asked, a chart. It works on your website, inside your mobile app and on WhatsApp.
What ERPPilot does
ERPPilot connects to any SQL Server based ERP. When someone asks a question, it writes a safe, read-only query, runs it on your live database and returns the answer. There is no data warehouse, no copying of data and no new report to build: ERPPilot reads your schema once and queries the live ERP every time someone asks.
Typical questions your team can ask:
- Show top 10 clients by total sales.
- Year-wise sales as a bar chart.
- Active employees by department as a pie chart.
- Sales this month.
- Pending orders.
Every answer includes a plain-English summary of what the data shows, the full result as a table, a bar, line or pie chart when you ask for one, and an Excel export of the complete dataset. On WhatsApp, large results arrive as Excel or PDF attachments.
Live in three steps: connect, embed, ask
- **Connect:** add your SQL Server connection in the client portal. ERPPilot reads the schema and auto-detects tables, columns and relationships. You choose exactly which tables the AI may use.
- **Embed:** paste one script tag into your website or app. The assistant appears in your brand colours, on desktop and in a full-screen mobile mode.
- **Ask:** your team types or speaks a question and gets an answer from live data in seconds.
The same widget works in plain HTML websites, React apps and Android WebView or Capacitor apps. Copy-ready snippets for each are provided in the portal, and you can test the assistant from the portal's Test Chat before rolling it out.
Wherever your team works: web, app and WhatsApp
Website and web apps
A floating, resizable chat card sits over any page of your ERP or intranet. It offers suggestion chips for common questions, voice input and spoken replies, and one-tap maximise to full-screen mode.
Android and mobile apps
Drop the same widget into a Capacitor or WebView app and it opens in full-screen mobile mode, with the summary, the table and a Download Excel button for the full dataset.
Registered phone numbers can query the ERP from a normal WhatsApp chat, which suits owners and managers who are travelling or on site. WhatsApp access is available on the Growth and Enterprise plans, and only numbers approved by the admin can use it.
Security by design: built to read, never to write
Letting an AI near your business data is a fair concern, so ERPPilot is deliberately limited. It only ever asks your database questions; it never changes a row.
- **SELECT-only queries:** every generated query is read-only. ERPPilot never inserts, updates or deletes ERP data.
- **Per-company table whitelists:** each company decides exactly which tables the AI can see. Anything not listed is never queried.
- **AES-256 encryption:** database connection strings and API keys are encrypted at rest.
- **Tenant isolation:** each company queries only its own database, through its own connection and key.
- **Signed sessions:** separate JWT sign-in for administrators and for portal and widget users.
- **Registered WhatsApp numbers:** only admin-approved phone numbers can query the ERP on WhatsApp.
The client portal: run it yourself
Every ERPPilot customer gets a self-service portal. The dashboard shows plan status, days remaining, API calls used this month and a daily activity chart, with shortcuts to every setup task.
- **My Schema:** save an encrypted SQL Server connection, fetch the schema automatically and whitelist the tables the AI may read.
- **My Widget:** copy-ready install snippets for HTML, React and Android WebView, with your own title and brand colour.
- **Test Chat:** try questions against your data before your team sees the assistant.
- **Billing:** pay securely online and track usage.
For ERP vendors and resellers: a multi-tenant admin console
If you sell or support an ERP for many clients, ERPPilot is a multi-tenant platform with one console for companies, plans, AI models, data access and WhatsApp.
- **Company Master:** plan, API key, monthly usage, paid-until date and widget style per company. Add calls, rotate keys or suspend access in one click.
- **ERP Table Whitelist:** switch individual tables on or off for the AI, with a friendly display name for each.
- **AI Providers and Settings:** ERPPilot runs on Anthropic Claude with Groq as a fallback. Switch provider or model from the console without redeploying, with automatic key rotation.
Plans sized by queries
Plans are sized by AI queries per month. A free demo plan lets you try the widget on your own data first.
- **Starter:** 101 queries a month, up to 20 a day; web widget and mobile mode; tables, charts and Excel export.
- **Growth:** 500 queries a month, up to 100 a day; adds WhatsApp; lower overage rate.
- **Enterprise:** 2,000 queries a month with no daily limit; WhatsApp included; lowest overage rate.
Current prices are listed in the client portal, and we can give you a quote for your setup.

Frequently asked questions
What is an AI ERP assistant?
An AI ERP assistant lets people ask questions about their ERP data in everyday language instead of running reports or writing SQL. ERPPilot, Sysfo's AI ERP assistant, turns a typed or spoken question into a safe read-only query, runs it on your live database and replies with a summary, a table and, when asked, a chart, usually in 3 to 10 seconds.
Which ERPs does ERPPilot work with?
ERPPilot works with any SQL Server based ERP. You add the connection in the client portal, ERPPilot reads the schema and auto-detects tables, columns and relationships, and you choose which tables the AI may use. It works with Sysfo ERP, other commercial ERPs on SQL Server and custom-built systems.
Can ERPPilot change or delete my data?
No. Every query ERPPilot generates is SELECT-only, so it never inserts, updates or deletes ERP data. It can only read tables you have whitelisted for your company. Connection strings and API keys are AES-256 encrypted at rest, and each company queries only its own database through its own connection and key.
Can my team use ERPPilot on WhatsApp?
Yes, on the Growth and Enterprise plans. Registered phone numbers approved by your admin can ask questions in a normal WhatsApp chat and get answers from the live ERP. Large results arrive as Excel or PDF attachments. Numbers that are not registered cannot query the ERP.
How is ERPPilot priced?
Plans are sized by AI queries per month: Starter with 101, Growth with 500 and Enterprise with 2,000, with different daily limits and overage rates. A free demo plan lets you try the widget on your own data first. Current prices are shown in the client portal, and Sysfo can give you a quote for your setup.
