FinTech by Sysfo: Fintech Software for AePS, DMT and BBPS Retail Networks

A retail-services business lives or dies on its network: the company, its partners and the shopkeepers who serve customers at the counter. FinTech by Sysfo is fintech software that connects all of them on one platform. Retailers offer AePS cash withdrawal and deposit, DMT money transfer on two vendors, BBPS bill payments and bank payouts from one login, while distributors fund and grow their downline and head office controls services, commission and security. This spotlight walks through what each user gets.

One platform, four panels

Each audience gets an interface built for its job, but all panels share the same users, wallets, services, commissions and reports, so nothing is typed twice.

  • **Admin console (55 screens):** partners, services, commissions, security, approvals, wallets, reports, API vendors, announcements and audit.
  • **Super Distributor panel:** the regional network owner manages distributors, wallet credit and debit, and network reports.
  • **Distributor panel:** builds the retailer base, funds retailer wallets and sees top retailers and commission.
  • **Retailer panel (28 screens):** AePS, DMT 1 and 2, BBPS, settlement, wallets, reports and support at the counter.

Behind them sits one secure core: more than 400 API endpoints and 300 stored procedures on a SQL Server database, with a real-time hub for live notifications on tickets, top-ups and wallet changes. A public website with services, a partner programme, a login hub and onboarding enquiries completes the picture.

A day with FinTech

  • **9:00** — The retailer tops up the wallet; the admin approves the request.
  • **10:30** — A customer withdraws cash with Aadhaar and fingerprint.
  • **12:00** — A remittance goes to a bank account through domestic money transfer.
  • **14:00** — Electricity and mobile bills are paid in seconds.
  • **16:00** — Commission splits to Retailer, Distributor and Super Distributor.
  • **18:00** — The admin reviews dashboards, tickets and reports.

Retailer panel: five services, one counter

The retailer dashboard shows quick-service tiles, live Main, AEPS and PG wallet balances in the header, today's transactions, collection and commission, and a seven-day chart.

AePS

A guided flow covers cash withdrawal and deposit, balance enquiry, mini statement and merchant eKYC with a status tracker and bank activation steps. Aadhaar entry is grouped 4-4-4 with a checksum warning and last-four masking, and the Aadhaar number is never stored. A fresh fingerprint login is required once a day before transacting. When a scan fails, the retailer is told exactly what to do — plug in the device, check the RD Service, clean the glass or try another finger — and can retry in one tap without losing the form.

DMT 1 and DMT 2

Domestic money transfer runs on two vendors side by side, so a counter is never blocked by one provider. The flow goes sender, recipient, send money: register once, pick saved recipients as cards, see quick amounts, the convenience fee, the total debit and the balance after, then confirm with a six-digit OTP (and fingerprint where the vendor requires it).

BBPS, powered by Bharat Connect

Trending tiles for electricity, mobile, DTH, FASTag, credit card, gas, water, broadband and insurance, plus a searchable biller catalogue. Fetch the bill, confirm, pay and print a receipt, with pay-again shortcuts and complaints on any payment.

AePS settlement and account verification

Retailers send wallet money to any bank account by IMPS, NEFT or RTGS with a live fee quote and a low-balance guard. If a payout fails, the full amount returns to the wallet automatically. Optional bank-account verification is built into recipient and payee forms.

Distributor panels: grow the network, fund the counters

Super Distributors create and manage distributors, credit or debit their wallets with a transaction PIN, raise top-up requests to the company, make wallet-to-wallet (W2W) transfers and see their own and downline wallet reports. Distributors do the same for retailers: create and manage them, credit or debit retailer wallets instantly and see top retailers. Both earn their share of commission on every downline transaction, each inside their own colour-coded panel.

Admin console: operations and control

Head office runs the whole network from one screen: a live dashboard of users, wallet balance, transactions, commission, seven-day activity and top services.

  • **People:** create Super Distributors, Distributors and Retailers; KYC documents and approvals; credential and PIN resets.
  • **Wallets:** top-up requests with receipts, approve or reject with remarks; credit and debit, W2W and lien; wallet types and reports.
  • **API management:** switch providers per service and set Live, Sandbox or Simulated mode, with credentials stored securely.
  • **Commission slabs:** amount-range slabs per service, split between Retailer, Distributor and Super Distributor.
  • **Live service switches:** turn a service on or off for a panel instantly, without redeploying.
  • **Roles and permissions:** more than 120 fine-grained permissions, per module and action, across all panels.
  • **Support:** ticket inbox with assignment, live chat replies and broadcast announcements.

Wallets, commission and reports

Every rupee sits in a wallet ledger. Three wallets — Main, AEPS and PG — show live balances, and every commission credit is labelled by service and reference, with fund settlement of earnings to a bank account. Reports cover each service separately (AePS 1, DMT 1, DMT 2, BBPS 1 and AePS Settlement) plus a merged All Services report with filters by status, date, amount, reference and customer, summary cards and CSV export. Wallet reports also export to Excel and PDF, and print.

Security built in

  • Role-based permissions across every panel.
  • Transaction PIN required for money movement, with a per-user switch.
  • Trusted devices for quick PIN or biometric login on approved phones only.
  • Optional email OTP at login and daily biometric login for AePS.
  • Masked Aadhaar numbers that are never stored.
  • A searchable audit log of admin changes: who, what and when.

Retailer mobile app

A native-feel app for Android and iOS puts the counter in the retailer's pocket: app PIN or fingerprint quick login, live Main, AEPS and PG balances with top-up, transfer and settlement shortcuts, the same AePS, DMT and BBPS services as the web panel, and service reports with search and filters. Every panel also works in light and dark mode on desktop, tablet and phone.

Partners, compliance and setup

FinTech is the software layer. Services such as AePS, DMT, BBPS and payouts run through the banks, NPCI systems and API partners you contract with, and the platform keeps each of them configurable — you can test in Sandbox or Simulated mode before going live. Regulatory requirements depend on your model and your partners, so take professional advice alongside your bank partner's instructions.

We start with a live demo, then configure your partners, wallets, services, commission slabs and branding, and train your office team and retailers, with support after launch. See full details on the FinTech software page. If your network also sells recharges, the mobile recharge portal adds mobile, DTH and 25+ bill categories, and our API development team can integrate new providers. Pricing is a fixed, itemised quote based on your services, panels and customisation.

Frequently asked questions

What is FinTech software by Sysfo?

FinTech by Sysfo is fintech software for retail-services businesses. It provides AePS cash withdrawal and deposit, DMT 1 and 2 domestic money transfer, BBPS bill payments and bank payouts, run through Admin, Super Distributor, Distributor and Retailer panels with wallets, automatic commission splitting, per-service reports and a retailer mobile app for Android and iOS.

How does commission work across the network?

The admin sets commission slabs per service by amount range. On every transaction the commission is split automatically between the Retailer, Distributor and Super Distributor according to those slabs. Each credit appears in the commission ledger, labelled by service and reference, and earnings can be settled to a bank account through fund settlement.

Can we use our own API providers?

Yes. API Management lets you add and switch providers per service, choose Live, Sandbox or Simulated mode and store credentials securely. DMT runs on two vendors side by side, so a counter is never blocked when one provider has a problem. Services can also be switched on or off live without redeploying.

Is there a mobile app for retailers?

Yes. The retailer app for Android and iOS supports app PIN or fingerprint quick login on trusted phones, shows live Main, AEPS and PG wallet balances, and offers the same AePS, DMT and BBPS services as the web panel. Retailers can also check service reports on the go with search and filters.

How secure is the FinTech platform?

It uses more than 120 role-based permissions, a transaction PIN for money movement, trusted devices, optional email OTP at login, daily biometric login for AePS, live service switches and a full audit log of admin changes. Aadhaar numbers are masked and never stored, and credentials for API vendors are stored securely.
