Transfer certificate

From request to certificate — with every check in place.

  1. 1Request

    Office raises it, or parents request (and can withdraw) from the portal and follow its status.

  2. 2Clearance

    Fee dues (with late fine) and library books / fines are checked; issue waits until clear.

  3. 3Issue

    Certificate prefilled from records and numbered, e.g. TC-2026-0001.

  4. 4Student “Left”

    Fees stop after the leaving month, transport ends, portal login closes.

  • Prefilled — DOB in words, admission details, last class & result, subjects, fees paid up to, working days / days present.
  • Print the original TC, a duplicate TC (watermarked, reason logged) and a character certificate.
  • TC register and settings: affiliation no., school code, UDISE, board, principal.
  • Cancelling a TC restores everything.
